Amazon are always reliable, offer a vast

Amazon are always reliable, offer a vast range of products and good delivery time / order feedback. However their returns policy is abysmal. After posting the item back, they don't confirm that it has been received and being processed, and only actually refund you at the end of the month - so you could be waiting 4 weeks. Thankfully their packaging and product quality is usually good enough to ensure that returns are the exception to the rule.
