I've used Amazon to order a range of goods over the past few years and the service has been good until the past six months. I ordered books in October that were supposed to be in stock and told to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. They never arrived and email queries were ignored. Checking the order status I noted in January that the order was cancelled with no explanation or notification. I thought this might have been a one-off but subsequent orders arrived late or not at all. My advice for what its worth - if you want to receive your orders on time use another company.
