I ordered a Philips WACS700 with Amazon

I ordered a Philips WACS700 with Amazon on 6 November - it was showing as in stock. It was not until 8 December that I received an e-mail from them starting simply that they couldn't get any stock and had cancelled my order! Follow-up e-mails refused to address the issue of how it had taken them over a month to realise this. Will not use again - on 9 December I ordered same product from Broadbandstuff.com and had by midday on the 10th!
