Over the past five years I have used

Over the past five years I have used Amazon dozens of times - mainly for books and CDs. It is by far the most reliable and easy-to use online store. Thumbs up...!!!!
My only (small) gripe is that I attempted once to write to them with an improvement suggestion - and the response I got clearly showed they hadn't read it, as it was a completely irrelevant response. Oh well - nobody's perfect!
