I ordered for Christmas, but being

I ordered for Christmas, but being cynical I did order three weeks before to allow for chaos and the fact that I wasn't paying for next day delivery which would get priority.
Saying that one of my orders was getting late and I was able to phone up and TALK to someone, who was extremely polite and phoned the depot holding my order to find out what was going on and sort it out for me.
I personnally think Amazon have improved their delivery service.
