On-line store has been poor since the non-amazon sellers were integrated. There's no easy way to filter non-amazon sellers out of the search results, so the first thing you know about it is high postage costs.

Be prepared to be disappointed if you need something in a hurry. Amazon's express delivery leaves a lot to be desired. Their choice of citilink pretty much secures the fact that the item WON'T be delivered next day by 1PM. Don't waste your money, pick the standard delivery options. Also, their last order dates for Christmas are incorrect. I ordered an in stock item from them 2 days before their cut off point, picked express delivery and was told it would be there next day. The next day the item moved from guaranteed next day delivery to not being delivered until the 25th-26th. Looks like their ordering system doesn't even know that there will be no deliveries those days. Oh and they are still charing the £8 for express delivery! You'd think that in the interests of some semblance of customer care that they would automatically refund postage costs for items they can't be bothered to dispatch on time.

Very disappointing, they're geared to taking your money and not looking after their customers. I will think twice about using them in the future, they are frequently no cheaper than the high street.
