Amazon is truly excellent for books or

Amazon is truly excellent for books or items that have no working parts, but their customer care set up is awful for electrical products. You can't speak to anyone - there are no numbers - so if the online process doesn't work for you (eg you don't have a printer), you're stuffed. I emailed, tried to contact them but no answer. In the end I had to drive for 90mins to drop the item off at a depot, and it took several days before they finally refunded the money. After care matters. I haven't bought anything from Amazon since.
