Amazon Uk have several problems: 1, they

Amazon Uk have several problems: 1, they will let you order things they don't have in stock, take your money then let you wait for months until they re-stock. 2, They don't make their P&P costs clear like Play.com or the Book Depository, so you can run up quite a bill ordering many items. Finally, the worst problem with Amazon UK is their customer services department is run from India. If you have a problem with an order, dealing with lot will drive you insane. Their answer to everything is to send you a constant stream of apology emails, in badly written English and do nothing until you go away. Well I did go away and now use the Book Depository for all my book orders, a great service from a UK company.
