Amazon

I have used Amazon to order books,

I have used Amazon to order books, cd's and DVD's a dozen times and have always had excellent, speedy delivery. Items always arrived in first class condition. The only time I have had to wait for books is when I ordered them from the US and for some reason the books came via Germany!
My partner, however, begs to differ, he says he always has to wait weeks for his books, but then he reads more obscure writers, many of whom do not have work published in the UK.
In my opinion waiting a few weeks for items which cannot ordinarily be bought in the UK and which are considerably cheaper than if they were purchased through other sources is no problem. I cannot rate customer services because we have never had cause to contact them.
