My order was processed with speed and ease, confirmation was sent promptly to my email address, and I was even notified when it was dispatched. The item was delivered incredibly fast (2 working days), even though I selected the free 'supersaver' delivery. Packaging was more than ample to protect the item in transit, meaning the item inside was in tip-top condition. I've only used Amazon a couple of times in the past, but will definitely be using them more frequently in the future, if only for the speed of their order procurement.
