Having dealt with Amazon for about 18

Having dealt with Amazon for about 18 months now, i would recommend them highly. I have had problems, a DVD player i ordered would not work when i received it, but so easy to return it, follow the links thru the website and print a delivery label at the end and you're away. The courier collected the player the next working day, and the day after that the full amount was refunded to my account. I buy and sell a lot through amazon, and have had extremely few problems, what problems i have had have been sorted quickly.
One thing though if you see something at a good price grab it quick because they have a habit of continually changing prices, eg laurel and hardy dvd ordered at 2.96. 2 days later it was listed at 15.97!
A good thing i have found is order items you want that are in stock, and one item with a longer delivery date and select free delivery, they won't ship until all the items are in, so you can add more items you want to by combining orders, and then cancel the longer delivery item, thereby avoiding postage charges.
Anyway i rate them overall and use regularly.
Hope you find this useful and havent lost interest, i must admit i probably wouldnt have read it all!
