TV was delivered broken. Initially asked

TV was delivered broken. Initially asked for replacement but contacted Amazon immediately to change my mind and request a refund. This and 2 further emails were ignored. The delivery company called to arrange delivery of a replacement TV without any arrangement from Amazon to collect the broken one. Had to find contact telephone number on Kelkoo because not available on Amazon's website. Finally got refund a month after order was placed because Amazon had no record of receiving replacement TV back. Postage was not refunded. Called again and finally got the remainder of the refund. Not a happy experience!!! If only the rest of the service was as efficient as the part where they take your money!!!
