I had a pre-order for my Xbox 360 since

I had a pre-order for my Xbox 360 since October, so it should have been delivered to me before Christmas, but now Amazon are telling me that it'll be February of next year! All of this because I altered an unrelated item in a separate delivery. This is totally unacceptable and there has been no getting through to them.
