I orderd an ipod video and when i did it

I orderd an ipod video and when i did it said 1-2 weeks delivery. Fine I thought. I have now waited 3 weeks only to get an e-mail that i have to wait another 2 weeks! Its simply not good enough! I tried to call them or e-mail but its nigh on impossible to get the address or numbber. I know they are big, but if they go on like this, no one will buy from them.
