DO NOT USE AMAZON !!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are fine for books and cd's/dvd's but for anything larger (eg Sony micro-hi fi) they were an unmitigated disaster.

Despite paying for next day delivery to ensure a saturday delivery the product didn't arrive. I was informed by the "robot" I spoke to at Amazon that they would rearrange delivery via City Link on the following tuesday.

Guess what? When it didn't arrive and I checked with City Link, they had no record of any delivery planned to my address for that day. So, again I spoke to the "robot" at Amazon who told me they would arrange re-delivery for the next day. When I asked if that was guaranteed, they just couldn't confirm it ("computer say's no" kind of response). In the end, I gave up - cancelled the order, got a refund and now need to regain the will to live!

Dreadful dreadful service, programmed drones at the other end of the phone who are trained to lie to you, and a lot of headaches and sarcasm at my end.

Cheapest price for a reason! Service is shoddy!
