I have ordered dozens and dozens of various products from Amazon including a Vax cleaner, USA maps and guides, Digital Camera (Samsung NV5), Printer (Canon MP610), PC games, books and countless DVDs and CDs and I have to say I cannot say enough good things about them! The prices are always really competitive and shopping there is a truly fun easy experience; the other important thing is you know you will get what you've paid for within the timescale given and very well packed! Other on-line retailers (including on-line auction sites) do not compare to the fantastic customer service I have always had at Amazon. Presumably they score quite low here because Kelkoo don't always include Amazon in their results page, and most really happy customers do not bother leave a positive review; I felt I wanted to try and redress the balance with this one! Amazon set the bench-mark that all other on-line sellers should try and attain!
