they are imnpossible to contact. I have

they are imnpossible to contact. I have been receiving e mails from them about an order that has been delayed and I am trying to cancel it. When i go to their site they dont recognize my account and say I have no orders in process. there is no way to send them an e mail. it is a catch 22.
