Have used Amazon for buying on line along with several other stores, I would say that by far Amazon have been the best service for and to me. I rate then very highly and would recommend them to anyone. BEWARE! Generally amazon are very good BUT when things go wrong they seem to hide. I ordered a BLACK Nokia 2760 phone and received a grey/silver Nokia phone with a black facia and french instruction book. Customer service has been transferred to the Philippines on 0800 496 1081 making it impossible to obtain a resolution on a complaint. I took advantage of the 30 day free trial of Primetime but did not feel it worth the extra money. amazon has never ever kept any promotional offers like get a xbox 360 with game for £20 i feel this is a con just to get customers interested ,they are never availible or the codes never work ,my other main gripe is the order this item and receive within 48 hours ,it never arrives ,i ordered an xbox under this offer for my sons birthday but never ever received it after 2 weeks i canceled the order...
