DON'T USE THIS STORE

I had an "in stock" order confirmed on 15.10.08. As it hadn't arrived in 7 days and I needed the item for a holiday commencing 23.10.08, I cancelled the order. Money was taken from my account on 30.11.08 and order delivered on 20.12.08.

What don't they understand about the word CANCEL?

The following details my communication with the store:
15.10.08 Confirmation of order for "in stock" SanDisk 2GB MiniSD memory card from sales@anpruk.com .
22.10.08 Order cancelled by me as order still in "Allocating Stock" status, so made alternative purchase, e-mail sent to sales@anpruk.com .
01.12.08 Received invoice for order, asked for explanation, e-mail sent, no reply received.
10.12.08 Noted amount of invoice, £14.74, debited from my Credit Card Account by Vision Retailing L Manchester on 30 Nov 08, referenced cancellation of order on 22.10.08, and requested refund without delay, e-mail sent, no reply received.
15.12.08 Received blank Order Dispatch e-mail sales@anpruk.com, repeated request for the refund without delay, e-mail sent, no reply received.
20.12.08 Order received despite repeated confirmation of cancellation.

None of the e-mails received a reply, no sign of any refund.

Last attempt to contact sales@anpruk.com on 21.12.08 resulted in delivery failure.
