    i ordered an item from there site to find that it does not work in this contry so i got a refund after all the hassle also after doing a little research on the internet i found they import there stuff from another contry like china etc

    I ordered on Fifa09 from play.com on the 09/12/08. Today I went on the website to place a claim only to find that the posted date had been modified from 11/12/08 to 12/11/08, thus I am unable to claim a new copy. So I emailed them for a refund, reason being I found that a bit dodgy!

    With free shipping , yes FREE!!
    It has many things on the site you can buy from CD to gadgets, I would add this site to your favourites list.
    I do find this site is much cheeper than Amazon at times, I have never had to use the customer sevice so cannot say much on this.
