Took my order with their website

Took my order with their website denoting stock available, then 9 days later when I hadn't heard a thing from them I called - no stock until next year. Charged me instantly, though the refund will take days to process - and these were all Christmas presents. On top of all that, neither the sales representative nor the customer services lady attempted an apology. Utter bobbins.
