Ordered a Line6 Pod XT, information on the website said "in stock, will be shipped in 2 days".

After 14days my order still had a status "new". I sent an email to dv247 customer servive to ask about my order. Four days after that and still no reply.

Overall really poor service, this is not the way to treat your customers. Read Full Review »

Took my order with their website denoting stock available, then 9 days later when I hadn't heard a thing from them I called - no stock until next year. Charged me instantly, though the refund will take days to process - and these were all Christmas presents. They price matched loads of guitar

They price matched loads of guitar products that I wanted then delivered the next day! There was a slight problem with one of the items but that was quickly sorted out, returned and then replaced. I cant fault DV247.com! Read Full Review »
