I strongly urge you to avoid ordering luggage from shopeezee.co.uk. What a nightmare. I ordered a suitcase for a trip and was repeatedly promised it would arrive before my flight. They were full of lies that led to me having to travel without he suitcase they promised would arrive on time. AVOID. Read Full Review »

The most useless store EVER!!

Ordered a bag in mid November and was charged straight away, after loads of emails and phone calls asking where my bag was they finally said it was not in stock. Then spent ages trying to get my money back.

Placed an order with this company on the 2nd Feb, and arrived with me the very next working day, the only downsiside was I ordered the wrong size, however Shopeezee fixed the problem asap and send the correct soze out to me for delivery the very next day. My experience of shopeezee can be

My experience of shopeezee can be summarised as follows :-
I order a bag in good time for Xmas delivery
I phone on the Thursday before Xmas to be told it had been despatched
I receive an e-mail on same Thursday to tell me there had been a stock problem and the bag had not been despatched
I proceed with the order for an early Jan delivery
