DON'T BUY ANYTHING from this store if you actualy want it within a reasonable amount of time.

The store states that delivery is within 72 hours which is the main reason I chose them as I would be going away in 14 days time. When you actually place an order it says delivery within 4 days. An extra 24 hours, but still ok.

Confirmation states clearly that if there are any stock issues you will be informed straight away.

5 days in, no cases. I email the company as per instructions in my confirmation. NO REPLY. I email again, NO REPLY. It's now the weekend so the telephone isn't available as it's mon-fri only, obviously too tired to work at the weekends. Monday morning, telephoned the company, all lines busy. Tried later and got through to be told that my order had been despatched and they would investigate and call back within the hour. NO CALL BACK. Phoned again, got a different person who said that my order would be with me within 4-5 DAYS!!!! Too late, not acceptable and as far as I am concerned a blatent breach of contract. Not to worry though, if I pick another suitcase set then they will do me a deal and deliver within 24 hours.

I searched the store again and chose an alternative set of cases although NOT what I wanted. Phoned back and was told that this would take 4-5 days as well!!!!!

The ONLY stock they had was a single set of cases. From ALL of the items on offer that are PROMISED as 72 HOURS, they can only actually deliver ONE set!!!!!

Not happy, In my opinion they had taken my money under false pretences and I will report them to the trading standards office.

My money will be refunded, but it will take, yep, another 4-5 days.

Not a good store. Wouldn't recomend.

Now I need to start the process of finding other suitable cases very quickly which is far from perfect.
