As a lot of the reviews have stated, the price quoted on Kelkoo and the price on the HMV web site are constantly very different. I'm not sure this is a problem with HMV as a shop though.

The search facility at HMV is very good as is the ordering process.
I've ordered from them many times as they offer good prices and are always changing sales items for new products so it's worth having a look frequently. Their delivery isn't as fast as some but it's quicker than most and they keep you upto date with your order progress with e-mails.
