I ordered a dvd boxset that was In the

I ordered a dvd boxset that was In the sale - advertised on the website for £17.99 and showing as 'in stock' so checked out and paid for the item.

a week went by with no dvd delivered - yet the item was still showing as in stock - at a much higher price of £44.99.

I rang the customer helpline to ask why my dvd hadn't been posted yet because they had the item in stock but they didn't know why and told me to ring back if not delivered within a week.

So rang again at the end of the week (now 2 weeks from placing order)and no emails received telling me why item was delayed, so the guy I spoke to said that they wouldn't be sending the dvd unless I paid the new higher price (£44.99) I said there was no way I'd be doing this - and they should honour the price advertised (£17.99) that I'd already paid, but they just fobbed me off with some rubbish about only so many items for sale at that price, then they go up.

I buy a lot of music and dvd's but would never buy from them again,they give awful customer service, when you call them - you're seen as an inconvenience, they don't want to resolve any problems, there's no communication except for bombarding you with spam, and I would recommend others to steer well clear of them - buy from other e-tailers that offer great customer service like amazon.
