I recently ordered a fridge freezer, the 10 days quoted was the maximum I wanted to wait. After confirming the order, I recieved and email later that day saying it was out of stock and would be two weeks or so coming in.
Two weeks later, after a struggle in getting through, I asked if there was any news. The item had come in but had not been dispatched, the van for our area had gone so delivery would not be for at least another week or more. Express delivery could not be made to our area. The service seems very poor and hit and miss! I would not use them again.
BEWARE, make sure the item is available before ordering, even if it says it is in stock on line.
