Dreadful. Having my order they promised

Dreadful. Having my order they promised to get back to me with a delivery date the same afternoon. It actually took 6 days and 2 phone calls. When I got a delivery date it was not for a further 10 days. I rang to amend the date and they said they hadn't received my order. Found they had a credit card anomaly. Scanned and emailed them a jpeg of my credit card bill then contacted them again to request confirmation of receipt. They never rang back nor emailed. Rang several days later and they denied all knowledge of the conversation. Rang again. Fridge now supposed to be on its way. It never arrived. My credit card company tells me they have taken the money. DON'T USE THIS BUNCH OF INCOMPETENTS."
