    Dreadful. Having my order they promised to get back to me with a delivery date the same afternoon. It actually took 6 days and 2 phone calls. When I got a delivery date it was not for a further 10 days. I rang to amend the date and they said they hadn't received my order. Found they had a credit card anomaly.     Avoid this website at all costs. I recently had the misfortune of buying a fridge/freezer from these people. I knew it was a graded item because I spoke to customer services before ordering. I was told there was slight damage on the right of the appliance so I went ahead as it was to be positioned against cupboards on the right.     on the phone i spoke to a lovely man who dealt with my entire order for me. he was polite and helpful and i only hope that the rest of the appliance warehouse are similar. i was told the date and time of my delivery and was called half an hour before. the delivery man was also pleasant and let me inspect my appliance before leaving. Installation service was also very welcome for a complete DIY novice. Friendly guys came and delivered, installed and took away my old machines within a couple of hours. Thankyou very much!     i asked for delivery of a hob as soon as they could do and it was with me in 2 days. when it arrived it had been damaged by the courier company and i was expecting a painful process to get it sorted but was pleasantly surprised by a girl called maggie in customer care who sorted an exchange out beginning of the week after, and i am very happy with my new hob. customer care was excellent.
