The Bosch washing machine I originally ordered was out of stock which although I was a little dissappointed with, I was expecting it as I'd already had the same problem elsewhere. But a girl phoned me and offered an alternative AEG model which WAS in stock and came with a free five year guarantee.

I recently ordered a fridge freezer, the 10 days quoted was the maximum I wanted to wait. After confirming the order, I recieved and email later that day saying it was out of stock and would be two weeks or so coming in.

I placed the order for a fridge and freezer after seeing them in Currys. I saved over £130 by buying them online rather that in Currys. In total, I received 5 telephone calls relating to my delivery, updating me on the progress every step of the way.

Avoid this website at all costs. I recently had the misfortune of buying a fridge/freezer from these people. I knew it was a graded item because I spoke to customer services before ordering. I was told there was slight damage on the right of the appliance so I went ahead as it was to be positioned against cupboards on the right. on the phone i spoke to a lovely man who dealt with my entire order for me. he was polite and helpful and i only hope that the rest of the appliance warehouse are similar. i was told the date and time of my delivery and was called half an hour before. the delivery man was also pleasant and let me inspect my appliance before leaving. The Appliance Warehouse saved me a lot of money and hassle. They gave me a group discount for buying 3 appliances, and they were already cheap online.
