I ordered two portable hard drives, one

I ordered two portable hard drives, one network cable and 2 Belkin KVM Switch2s. Everything arived quickly and efficiently, but one of the Belkin KVM Switches was faulty, dead-on-arrival. IT247.com's Customer Services were no help, forcing me to seek a replacement direct from Belkin, which was extremely frustrating and slow. I finally received a replacement from Belkin who were difficult to get hold of and frustrating to deal with.
