What a fiasco. Placed an order for

What a fiasco.
Placed an order for software on the 7th October. Emailed for an update when it will be delivered on 16th October and again on the 21st October. I have had no response to either emails.
These people don't appear to be able to grasp the concept of customer service.
Avoid like the plague or shop at your peril!
