I ordered two portable hard drives, one network cable and 2 Belkin KVM Switch2s. Everything arived quickly and efficiently, but one of the Belkin KVM Switches was faulty, dead-on-arrival. Personally would never use this company

Personally would never use this company again. Product sent was wrong model. Then took ridiculous amount of time for it to be picked back up. Then turned out that did not have any of model I ordered in stock at all (despite stating they had many on the website). First person I spoke to on phone was rude to me and wouldn't listen. I ordered a server and two upgrade components to go with it. They claimed to have stock of all three items so I paid for next day delivery. Eventually the two upgrade components arrived but no server. I have bought twice from it24.com. First I bought samsung clx 2160n laser printer then I bought HP compaq 6715b laptop. In both cases delivery was next day although I chose the free delivery option. Both arrived in good and well packed condition. It was also very easy to place order online - I found the website very user-friendly. What was most important - they show on site that it was avaliable and in stock.

I didn't get it in 5 days, so i started mailing them. No answer, no phone line, nothing :)
