You order your goods, they take money out and then you hear nothing. Eventually (after ignoring my emails for a week) they answered my emails with a 'this item is out of stock' message (i.e. the kind of message that gets sent automatically by stores that actually care about their customers).

Ordered goods mid November for £100+. No contact from seller for a week. Tried to call contact number and send e-mails asking for updates. No response. Asked to cancel order, had one response and still no further contact. May need to contact bank to reverse charges. Read Full Review »

ordered and paid for goods 8x in total, £166.00 worth on 28th oct and 18 days later still not received them, No email from purple pleasured and they do not answer the phone. not sure what to do next!. will phone credit card to get my money back.
