Just to re-iterate other comments regarding JXL.co.uk DO NOT USE THEM.I ordered a camcorder from them on 21st August and have never recieved it or a refund.The customer service numbers automatically hang up or just ring out and e-mail is never answered.I am still pursuing a refund through my credit card company.PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY
