Please do not use these cowboys, I

Please do not use these cowboys, I ordered a blu ray player which was "in stock" and almost a week on my order is still "processing".

I tried calling their sales phone line, dead. I tried calling the customer care phone line, voicebox. I called this several times over a couple of days and same voicebox.

I did get a reply to an email I sent and got the reply back that they would check on my order and update me shortly, almost 48 hours later and no update.

In short, these are clearly a bedroom outfit reselling from a supplier, do not use!
