Do not order from this company. I ordered a LCD TV which was never delivered (30 days elapsed and my credit card company refunded). They are impossible to communicate with by telephone email or letter. Very, very poor service! Read Full Review »

Just to re-iterate other comments regarding JXL.co.uk DO NOT USE THEM.I ordered a camcorder from them on 21st August and have never recieved it or a refund.The customer service numbers automatically hang up or just ring out and e-mail is never answered.I am still pursuing a refund through my credit card company.PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY Read Full Review »

Please do not use these cowboys, I ordered a blu ray player which was "in stock" and almost a week on my order is still "processing".

I tried calling their sales phone line, dead. I tried calling the customer care phone line, voicebox. I called this several times over a couple of days and same voicebox.

Does anyone know what's going on with this company? The website still seems to be up and running for business, but ALL of their phone numbers are unavailable and they don't respond to e-mails. Purchased this TV on Friday. I received a call the following day to tell me that delivery had been arranged for Monday afternoon.

The TV turned up at 1.30pm & the driver helped me get into the living room.

The TV itself is excellent & I am delighted with the purchase. I am particularly pleased about the advice from jxl to wait for this model rather than going for the old model the TH-37PX70. Read Full Review »
