Ordered a watch for Christmas, three

Ordered a watch for Christmas, three weeks later and it still hasn't arrived. It sounds as if I am not the only person with this problem! They have stopped responding to my emails and after phoning them promised to look into the order and phone me back - I have not received any phone call to date. Fortunatly I paid using my credit card so should be protected when claiming my money back. I do not recommend that anyone deals with this company.
