I bought a Z Pen from this company and

I bought a Z Pen from this company and when it arrived the item was junk and wouldn't do what they said it would. I then sent it back asking for a refund under the Long Distance Selling Regulations, which state that when you buy something by mail order you can return it within 7 days and a day after receiving it for a full refund. I sent a detailed letter stating why I was returning it.

Since then over a week has passed and all I have got is emails full of excuses. They seem to want to keep my pen and my money and are behaving disgracefully.

I paid by Paypal and put in a dispute with them to try and get my money back, but unless you buy from ebay they only offer refunds if the item doesn't arrive. They don't care if its broken, faulty or not suitable for the purpose.

Do NOT deal with this company and expect good customer service because you won't get it. Stick to reputable companies like Aamazon and IWOOT.
