I placed an order for a memory card on 9 Jan 09, paying £3.95 for a 1 - 2 day shipping service. A reciept of order email was sent and that is the last that has been heard. BMC Digital have not responded to emails requesting what the status of the order is and there telephone number (01446771314) reverts immediately to a recorded message. I bought a Z Pen from this company and

I bought a Z Pen from this company and when it arrived the item was junk and wouldn't do what they said it would. I then sent it back asking for a refund under the Long Distance Selling Regulations, which state that when you buy something by mail order you can return it within 7 days and a day after receiving it for a full refund. I sent a detailed letter stating why I was returning it.
