I ordered a Canon digital camera from these people and contacted them 10 days after order querying when I could expect delivery.
They emailed back saying they had cancelled the order due to possible fraud and had refunded my credit card.

Best Priced Brands are based in the US not the UK. There terms and conditions push all the legal bounderies. You are not actually guaranteed to receive what you order as they reserve the right to send you something with the equivelent spec. Not even the same make. Noticed the great price of the 16gb i-pod touch which was much cheaper than anywhere else. I ordered the item straight away and received an e-mail from them to say it had been sent to there warehouse. I then tracked the item via UPS to it's arrival. This company is not a UK company as its leads one to believe. This item is a USA product without uk connections and no vailid UK WARRANTY. It is not the camera I ordered or have seen described on this website. It has different markings on the camera and box.

Order sent 11th may 2008 camera arrived from America 12 days later. Not ony late but the wrong camera. And this was a present which should have been deliverd within, acording to the site 24/48 hours.
