DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! BEWARE!! It's US base with no contact number. The price they offer usually cheapest including free P&P. My payment has gone through, no items arrived after 7 working days. When I try to find out how to contact them, no telephone number, no reply to email. Luckily, they still have chat line. THis Stores Web Site makes you believe they are UK based and all items free P&P.
But they are in US. My £116 Camera came with a £21.88 Freight & Import charge wich has to be payed C.O.D. to UPS.THe UPS
deliver guy said I was one of many with same complaint.

Not obvious from Kelkoo this is US

Not obvious from Kelkoo this is US based. You get US product and US software. Also Kelkoo price does not show £20.85 duty to pay. This made it dearer than competitors.
Have emailed to try to get duty back but feel all US companies should come clean about where they are and that duty may need to be added. Will not use them again. Read Full Review »

Best Price it may be but it is a non uk business. UPS tried to collect a further £50 in taxes on camera. I refused to accept delivery now this Company only offering 50% refund as re stocking charge. Please do not buy from them this site it is a scam. Read Full Review »

Do not use this store. It's a US site so the courier demanded £69 duty on a £176.99 camera before handing it over. They are responding to emails so far but we have just asked for a full refund (as offered in their last email) so we will see if that continues... Read Full Review »

Easy to order from. Delivered the correct product on time. I was able to track every step from it leaving LA to arriving in Leeds. Would definitely buy from this company again. They even supplied a free adaptor so the US plug for the camera charger can be used here in the UK - you can't say fairer than that. Read Full Review »
