What a brilliant company, used them several times. Polite, curtious and informative on the telephone.

Bought a range cooker from jual and left

Bought a range cooker from jual and left it in my garage until the kitchen fitter moved it into the kitchen.

When the cooker was fitted the grill did not work, i was horrified. I had spent £800 on something which didnt work! Having never heard of Jual before we

Having never heard of Jual before we were slightly reluctant to believe the price could be that low. However we bought the fridge-freezer and have been very impressed with Jual. The customer service team were very helpful and the fridge came within 3 days and was delivered by a very helpful delivery man. All in all we would highly recomended and we will be using them again. I would recommend the store still but buyer beware. I thought it was too good to be true and it was. I ordered a big American style fridge and explained to Jual that my elderly mum lives in a tower block with a lift. They insisted on sending just one person.
