BT shop are a joke, do not use Courier

BT shop are a joke, do not use

Courier they used to send my tv has went bust and I have to wait on it being returned to the bt depot for them to resend before I receive my item

You think they would at least send me another. Also no details of this were emailed to me, I only found out when I phoned up to enquire my tvs whereabouts!!!
