i ordered 4 laptops for my kids plus

i ordered 4 laptops for my kids plus bundled free 2 year warranties form sony very difficult toplace the order as site kept crashing would sometimes show as 8 then none when finally went through bundle did not appear on the bill presumed contained within the receipt Bt would nt honour agreement but sold me them at half price costing 100 extra pounds they refused to acknowkedge that i had brought the bundle ...there is no one to talk to at the shop and in general i wasted many hours AND 100 POUNDS do not use if you can go somewhere else ....from Dr R from devon...if provided this level of service to my patients i would be poor doctor
