If you are thinking of using BT shop - DONT!

They are quick to take your order and even quicker to take your money but hate refunding.
I ordered a Samsung TV which was actually sourced from Dabs with whom BT have "an arrangement"
It was faulty so following their proceedure to the letter I applied for a refund and they arranged to collect it which they did on 2nd October.
Today 13th October I am still waiting for the promised refund.
I have texted BT shop. I have phoned BT shop.
All they ,BT say is "we have not had it back and until we do cannot give you a refund"
I have emailed and phoned the carrier who assures me it has been delivered back to BT but still no refund.
Maybe the Fax I sent to the BT chairman yesterday may bring some action .
