BT shop are a joke, do not use

Courier they used to send my tv has went bust and I have to wait on it being returned to the bt depot for them to resend before I receive my item

You think they would at least send me another. Also no details of this were emailed to me, I only found out when I phoned up to enquire my tvs whereabouts!!! Read Full Review »

i ordered 4 laptops for my kids plus

i ordered 4 laptops for my kids plus bundled free 2 year warranties form sony very difficult toplace the order as site kept crashing would sometimes show as 8 then none when finally went through bundle did not appear on the bill presumed contained within the receipt Bt would nt honour agreement but sold me them at half price costing 100 extra pounds they refused to acknowkedge that i had brought t... A complete disaster from beginning to

A complete disaster from beginning to end. Ordered a Sony 46 inch TV.Problems and delay with order, TV delivered upside down because bottom packaging had fallen out. At first said they would take it back arranged a pick up date which they failed to meet. On complaining the Bt Shop stated that they would now not collect it unless I paid for its collection. If you are thinking of using BT shop - DONT!

They are quick to take your order and even quicker to take your money but hate refunding.
I ordered a Samsung TV which was actually sourced from Dabs with whom BT have "an arrangement"
It was faulty so following their proceedure to the letter I applied for a refund and they arranged to collect it which they did on 2nd October.

Searching on-line showed some options, with BT Shop being cheapest at £197 including free next day delivery. The camera was in stock, so I ordered. 1 hour later I get an email asking for "security" details as follows:-

1) The address to which your credit/debit card is registered exactly
as shown on your statement.
