    Very impressed with all the people I had contact with concerning my new cooker. Everyone was polite and friendly, delivery went smoothly and I was kept informed of ETA. Customer services quickly resolved a query I had with a promised call back at the time they said.

    Easy to order from this company. They will text and phone you to let you know your delivery time.

    Best prices I have seen and also no delivery charges which is a huge bonus! The only downside is the statutory phone call to try to get you to take out insurance on your appliance, however, they won t push you if you really don t want it.     I haven t been able to use the oven yet

    I haven t been able to use the oven yet as the kitchen isn t fitted but it was easy to order and the delivery men were helpful and arrived at the end of the alloted time slot. However, it would have made the day much easier if I had been able to request a morning time slot without having to pay extra, as other companies have allowed me to do. Read Full Review »

    Didn t order until 5.50 pm and goods

    Didn t order until 5.50 pm and goods were with me by 9.30 am next morning. They called ahead to let me know what time the goods would arrive, unpacked outside and left no mess with me.
