    I ordered a particular washer/dryer only

    I ordered a particular washer/dryer only to receive a call that it is not available for delivery on the date specified although I had been waiting almost 2 weeks for the deliver of this one.

    I am offered a different model for delivery today.

    First I get a time slot of 7am - 11am, then a time slot of 2pm - 6pm and then finally a call after 8pm that can not delivery so to call in the morning.
