    Was telephoned day after ordering to offer me free collection of old appliance(instead of £9.99) which I accepted. I was then offered extended warranty which I declined. When delivery was made nothing on delivery mens notes about collection of old appliance (as expected when I declined extended warranty) although this wasn t a condition of collection when I was offered the service.
